Introspection is an applied AI team that scaled agents at xAI, Superhuman, and Predibase. We believe the next AI breakout will come from a services firm, and we are building the private agent cloud where regulated firms turn their judgment into agents, data, and models they own.
How we work
We value deep thinking over fast takes, shipping over theorizing, and creative problem-solving over process. We work in small teams with high autonomy, and everyone touches production code from day one.
